ProspectPull sends a usage warning when this account reaches about 80% of the monthly allowance, and again if the allowance is fully used. GHL/LeadConnector remains the detailed source of truth; this portal shows the simple client-facing summary.

Plan-included usage is shown first. When usage exceeds the allowance, approved pass-through costs draw from this prepaid wallet. If auto-refill is enabled and a card is linked, Stripe tops the wallet back up when the balance drops below the threshold.
Core includes up to 500 SMS segments/month for lead capture and owner alerts. Pro includes up to 100 AI answering minutes/month. Growth includes up to 300 AI answering minutes/month. Extra usage, extra numbers, international calling, MMS-heavy campaigns, or unusually high volume may be billed monthly with a clear summary. GHL/LeadConnector, carrier, and AI-provider pricing can change.
Need to cancel?
Cancellation requests are reviewed so we can stop renewal and safely wind down any phone, SMS, follow-up, review, or AI automation without breaking your customer communications. Unless you request immediate shutdown and ProspectPull confirms it, service continues through your current paid-through billing period.
Any setup fee, plan change, usage fee, or upgrade must show the exact monthly price, one-time setup/upgrade fee, renewal date, cancellation terms, and a client checkbox/signature before charging through Stripe.

Use this for lead-capture issues, setup questions, billing questions, upgrade requests, or anything that needs ProspectPull review. Calling is still okay for urgent business-critical problems, but portal tickets give us the cleanest paper trail.
ProspectPull support reviews tickets first. Billing, compliance, phone/text deliverability, severe outages, and premium issues are escalated to a senior reviewer.
