Core includes up to 500 SMS segments/month for lead capture and owner alerts. Pro includes up to 100 AI answering minutes/month. Growth includes up to 300 AI answering minutes/month. Extra usage, extra numbers, international calling, MMS-heavy campaigns, or unusually high volume may be billed monthly with a clear summary. GHL/LeadConnector, carrier, and AI-provider pricing can change.

Appointment booking

This is the owner-facing booking command center. ProspectPull can manage up to two crew calendars after the setup rules are reviewed and approved.

Rules before live booking

  • Confirm which services can be booked directly vs owner-review only.
  • Name each crew and confirm which service scopes each crew can handle.
  • Confirm crew count, max two for the current package.
  • Confirm booking horizon, buffers, same-day rules, and emergency exceptions.
  • Only offer times for crews whose scopes match the customer’s requested work.
  • Decide whether customers see first available or route-optimized availability.

Live booking still needs GHL calendar setup/API sync, conflict checks, reminders, and cancellation/reschedule rules. This page is the portal scaffold and owner visibility layer.

How support works

ProspectPull support reviews tickets first. Billing, compliance, phone/text deliverability, severe outages, and premium issues are escalated to a senior reviewer.
